About the Conference
The Imam Ahmed Raza Conference is the flagship annual gathering of Idara-i-Tahqeeqat-e-Imam Ahmed Raza, bringing together scholars, researchers and professionals to study the thought and works of Imam Ahmed Raza Khan Barelvi and their relevance to the modern world.
The 45th edition was held on 3rd December 2025 at PC Hotel, Karachi, under the theme “Modern Applications of the Economy: Visionary Insights of Imam Ahmed Raza”. Organized by the Idara and managed by ASAS Shariah Advisory Services (Pvt) Ltd, the conference featured keynote addresses, scholarly paper presentations, a panel discussion with Meezan Bank on applying Islamic economic principles to contemporary finance, a book presentation and an awards ceremony. The event was covered by national media, including 92 News and ARY News.
